<t>NETs</t> inhibited γδ Treg cell differentiation via their DNA components A-B. Pitstop 2, a <t>CIE</t> inhibitor (CI), was used to inhibit the endocytosis of NETs by γδ T cells. γδ T cells were pretreated with or without Pitstop 2 and subsequently stimulated with NETs.
